MODIFYING THE CATEGORY COLUMNS IN OUTLOOK 2000
| STEP I: Removing a Column |

In order to remove a category column from one of your mailboxes,
right-click on the category you'd like to remove, then select "Remove
This Column." |
| STEP II: Adding a Column |

To add a category column, right click on one of the current column
headers, then scroll down and select "Field Chooser." |
| STEP III: Adding a Column |

Once you have the "Field Chooser" window open, scroll down to
find the category you'd like to add. |
| STEP IV: Adding a Column |

After selecting a category, drag and drop it into the location you'd
like it to appear. |
