MODIFYING THE CATEGORY COLUMNS IN OUTLOOK 2000

 

STEP I: Removing a Column

In order to remove a category column from one of your mailboxes, right-click on the category you'd like to remove, then select "Remove This Column."


STEP II: Adding a Column

To add a category column, right click on one of the current column headers, then scroll down and select "Field Chooser."


STEP III: Adding a Column

Once you have the "Field Chooser" window open, scroll down to find the category you'd like to add.


STEP IV: Adding a Column

After selecting a category, drag and drop it into the location you'd like it to appear.
