CREATING A DISTRIBUTION LIST IN OUTLOOK 2002
| STEP I: |

To create a new distribution list in Outlook 2002, you'll need to select
"New" from the "File" menu, and then choose "Distribution
List." |
| STEP II: |

In the "Distribution List" window that appears, click on "Select
Members" from the "Members" tab. |
| STEP III: |

From the address list of your choice in the "Select Members"
window, select the names of the individuals you would like to add to
your distribution list. After selecting a member, click the "Members
->" button to add them. When you are done, click "OK." |
| STEP IV: |

After pressing "OK," you will be returned to the "Distribution
List" window where you can type in the name of your new list in the
field provided to the right of "Name:" or make a description of
the list under the "Notes" tab. When you are done with your
changes, click the "Save and Close" button. |
| STEP V: |

You've now successfully created your distribution list and it has been
added to your "Contacts" folder. If at any point you'd like to
view the members of a distribution list, just double-click on it. |
