ADDING A SIGNATURE IN SMARTERMAIL

Login Screen

Go to http://mail2.appsmail.com. Then type in your full email address and password in the appropriate fields, then click "Login".
 

After logging into your account, click on the "Settings" menu in the upper left corner & select "My Auto-Responder "

 

Click on "Enable auto responder", then click the "Auto-Responder Message " tab.
 

Type in a "Subject" for the response to be sent (we've chosen to type "Auto-Response"), then enter the text that you would like to use for your auto-repsonse into the rich-text field provided below "Options".

When you are finished, click "Save" to save your settings.
